Ritu is going to speak on Navigate The Game Testing Journey
Ritu is an experienced leader having penchant for driving Strategic Change and Organizational Transformation. She has championed executing complex global IT programs that drive growth in the era of digital disruption.
Ritu has 20+ years of work experience. In her present role she is heading the quality function for Ubisoft India studio.
In her previous role as the Director and Global Head of Quality Assurance, Compliance and Audit function for Banking and Payments Operations at FIS Global, she was responsible for ensuring service and operational excellence through execution of organization-wide initiatives, analytics and best practice sharing.
Prior to FIS, she led the Testing CoE at Fiserv, primarily providing test automation solutioning from the perspective of emerging technologies. Earlier in her career, while working with Infosys, she played various consulting roles in India and Europe, managing projects and delivery for test automation projects.
Ritu is passionate about travel, art and technology. She has been a speaker at many industry events.
